Frequently Asked Questions
What’s included in the RM50/RM80/RM89 monthly rental?
Each plan covers the printer hardware, free delivery & installation, unlimited on‐site maintenance & repairs, and RM0.03 per page for toner/consumable usage. No extra service fees.
Can I upgrade from the MS421DN to an MX521ADE or MX522ADHE later?
Yes. Simply contact our support team 30 days before your contract anniversary, and we’ll arrange an upgrade seamlessly. Any prorated charges will be applied automatically.
Are there any penalties for early termination?
If you cancel within the first 12 months, a nominal early-termination fee applies (one month’s rental). After 12 months, you may cancel anytime with a 30-day notice—no additional penalties.
Do you service locations outside KL/Selangor?
We currently cover all of Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. For addresses beyond Klang Valley, please contact sales@copstore.com.my to arrange logistics and service pricing.
